Lindsay Still Drinking - Still Fighting With Sam

Lindsay Lohan was up to usual diva-addict behavior over the weekend. It started Friday night at the ESPN The Magazine’s pre-Superbowl party where Samantha Ronson was spinning. Lindsay set up shop next to the dj booth where she chain-smoked and checked Sam’s Blackberry every 20 seconds or so. The two ended up having another public fight before moving it to the ladies room to do a bumb make up.

Empty bottles of Patron were later found by Lindsay’s seat near the dj booth as well as at her VIP table at the Maxim party later that night.

The chaotic weekend ended at the Tampa airport Saturday when Delta couldn’t get Lindsay in first class of her already over booked flight.

According to an insider, passengers laughed as the starlet acted incredibly entitled (and embarrassed), stomped around and warned a friend traveling with her: “you’d better come and visit me back there in case I die.”

Because it’s just not humane to force someone to ride in steerage. No worries though. The good folks at Delta moved Lilo up front to keep from having to listen to her endless bitching.

Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher Lead PETA’s Worst-Dressed List

LOS ANGELES, Calif. —

It’s safe to call Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher a Hollywood power couple. But now you can also call the lovebirds something else – PETA’s worst -dressed stars.

In a new poll conducted by PETA.com, Demi currently leads a poll of the worst dressed celebrities in Hollywood, the animal activist organization announced on Thursday.

“She may be a cougar, but that’s not helping fur-loving Demi Moore in the eyes of animal lovers,” PETA said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

Coming in second on the list was Demi’s beau, Ashton, who drew the ire of the organization “after skulking around Sundance last month wearing a gigantic coat made of coyote fur.”

Among the other stars who “have a penchant for pelts” on this year’s list are Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West, Mary J. Blige and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Voting on PETA.com runs through March 2.

Last year, music icon Aretha Franklin was dubbed PETA’s worst dressed celeb, followed by Marilyn Manson, Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria Parker and Kate Moss.

American Idol 2008: David Cook

It was David’s night last night … David Cook won the title of American Idol 2008 with 56% of the audience votes.

The rocker/bartender from Missouri won over little David Archuleta in a finale show that was full of special appearances and entertaining performances.

Lots of viewers and critics thought that David Archuleta was going to be the winner, even Cook himself said that Archuleta was the Idol Champion! It was somewhat of a surprise for all! Even Cook himself!

As for the show, it saw performances from the Idol finalists and Top 10 and other music stars like Seal, ZZ Top, Graham Nash, Carrie Underwood, Jordan Sparks, Donna Summer, Bryan Adams and an impressive performance from the contestants of "So You Think You Can Dance".

American Idol’ gets down to its final 2 contestants

It’ll be David vs. David.

Syesha Mercado was voted off "American Idol" Wednesday night, paving the way for the expected showdown between David Archuleta and David Cook.

Mercado, a 21-year-old actress from Sarasota, Fla., was the last woman standing on the top-rated Fox contest. The big-voiced belter surpassed a more accomplished singer (Carly Smithson), a fan favorite (Brooke White) and a statuesque country crooner (Kristy Lee Cook).

While other contestants floundered, Mercado challenged herself with ambitious song choices like Sam Cooke’s "A Change Is Gonna Come." She showed more personality — and lots of leg — while swiveling her hips in a glittery gold minidress for a rendition of "Proud Mary." She cried when Paula Abdul gave her a standing ovation last week.

Abdul held the sugar on Tuesday’s performance show, telling Mercado that she thought her performance of "Hit Me Up" wasn’t "good enough to get into the finals."

With Mercado out of the way, "Idol" can now fully hype the David vs. David matchup.

There’s Archuleta, the 17-year-old singing prodigy from Murray, Utah, with the overly involved stage dad. And there’s Cook, the 25-year-old former bartender from Blue Springs, Mo., with an emo edge that the angelic Arculeta lacks.

Who will snag the title next Wednesday?

One thing is for sure: His name will be David.

American Idol Ramiele Malubay

                      Ramiele Malubay

After Jasmin Trias and Camile Velasco, another Filipino made it as one of the 24 finalist of American Idol.

The very pretty 20 year old Ramiele Macrowon-Malubay, a native of Miramar, Florida, who once said …

If Jasmin can do it, I can do it!

…freaked out after knowing she is included in the final 24. Ramiel established her attachment with music early at the age 12 when she sang in her cousin’s birthday. The very talented Filipina can also play the piano as well as the guitar which is being taught to her by her sister. Besides singing and playing instruments, she also did some Polynesian Dancing since she was on the first grade.

The “Pinay American Idol” is a huge fan of Regine Velasquez. She said that she really doesn’t want to be famous but instead, represent the Asian community especially the Filipinos in this competition where the whole world is watching.

And guess what, like every Filipino; Ramiele Malubay also tried eating balot (balut)…

The weirdest thing I have ever eaten, balot (balut), It’s like a … I think it’s a duck egg. It’s cooked but there’s a baby inside. … I don’t know, I don’t eat it anymore. But it tastes good if you eat the outside part, instead of the baby inside.

Ramiele stopped nursing school for this season and promised to go back if not chosen to be the next American Idol.

Just like Renaldo Lapuz, it’s really a pleasure to see another Filipino in the limelight of this season. If you are listening Ramiele, you are an American Idol for us all and we are certain that you will outstrip the other finalists. Support our "kababayan" Ramiele Malubay. emoticon

                       David Archuleta

17 year-old David Archuleta from Salt Lake City, Utah, is currently making waves in the internet as one of the most promising American Idol season 7 contestants even before his audition clip airs on tv. One of the reasons could be because he won Star Search when he was 12 years old. He even has a video on Youtube singing “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” in front of American Idol season 1 aspirants and he blew them away with his rendition. And since that was season 1, he was only 9 years old at that time. He has a fantastic vioce. Viewrs will surely like him because he is charming, good looking and a good young singer.

Heath Ledger, a great actor.

Heath Ledger, the talented 28-year-old actor who gravitated toward dark, brooding roles that defied his leading-man looks, was found dead Tuesday in a Manhattan apartment, facedown at the foot of his bed with prescription sleeping pills nearby, police said. There was no obvious indication that the Australian-born Ledger had committed suicide, NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said.

Ledger was found naked and unresponsive, facedown on the floor at the foot of his bed by a housekeeper trying to wake him for an appointment with a masseuse, said police spokesman Paul Browne.

"Pills were found in the vicinity of the bed," he told CNN.

"This is being looked at as a possible overdose, but that is not confirmed yet."

Browne later told reporters some prescription medications were found in the room, including sleeping pills.

But he stressed police have made no determination of the cause of Ledger’s death — that would be done by the medical examiner.

He said the pills were not "scattered about."

No note was found and there was no indication of foul play, Browne said. Ledger was found at about 3 p.m., and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel about 3:30 p.m.

Ledger’s family called his death "very tragic, untimely and accidental."

"Heath has touched so many people on so many different levels during his short life, but few had the pleasure of truly knowing him," his father said.

"He was a down-to-earth, generous, kindhearted, life-loving, unselfish individual extremely inspirational to many."

Condolence to the friends and family of Heath Ledger.

Stephen Dorff, featured celebrity.

Stephen Dorff

A handsome, young lead of film and TV, Dorff first rose to prominence on the big screen with his portrayal of a boxing South African schoolboy in "The Power of One" (1992). The son of composer Steve Dorff, the actor began his career appearing in commercials and making guest appearances on various TV shows like "Diff’rent Strokes". Dorff has been featured in several TV-movies, usually based on true stories, beginning with "In Love and War" (NBC, 1987). Among his other credits are "I Know My First Name Is Steven" (NBC, 1989), as the kidnapped victim of a child molester, and "Always Remember I Love You" (CBS, 1990), as an adoptee who discovers that he was stolen at birth. After making his feature debut in the teen horror flick "The Gate" (1987), Dorff returned to TV until 1991’s little-seen "Rescue Me", in which he was a teen out to save the girl he loves from kidnappers. Despite its unevenness, "The Power of One" proved an apt showcase for Dorff, who mastered a British-Afrikaner accent for the role and held his own against Sir John Gielgud. He again displayed a penchant for accents as the Liverpudlian Stuart Sutcliffe, the "fifth" Beatle, in the stylish biopic "Backbeat" (1994) and as an English youth suspected of murder in "Innocent Lives" (1995). Dorff has stated that the role closest to him was Cliff Spab in "SFW" (1994), a meditation on the effects of celebrity. He offered a gentle turn as Mia Farrow’s estranged son in "Reckless" (1995) and won much critical praise as transsexual Candy Darling in Mary Harron’s "I Shot Andy Warhol" (1996). The following year, he co-starred as Jack Nicholson’s stepson in Bob Rafelson’s thriller "Blood and Wine" (1997). In 1998, Dorff was the hated villian in the action feature "Blade", co-starring Wesley Snipes. He then switched paths to tormenting and titallation in his role as Cecil in the comedy feature "Cecil B. Tormenting" (2000), In 2002, Dorff co-starred as Mike Reilly in the horror feature "Feardotcom", also co-starring Natascha McElhorne.
